Tim Livesey | P.Geo
CEO, Director
Tim has more than 30 years of professional experience in mineral exploration, project development, and mining, with a primary focus on gold and base metals in Pakistan and comparable geological terrains. His career spans senior technical leadership and executive management roles across the mining industry.
He has managed and overseen major exploration and development projects in Pakistan, including work at the Reko Diq copper-gold project, for global mining companies such as Anglo American PLC and Barrick Gold Corporation. In addition, he has held executive and board-level positions across junior, mid-tier, and senior mining companies, contributing strategic, operational, and governance expertise.
Tim is a Fellow of the Geological Society and a Member of the AusIMM. He holds an Honours degree in Geology from the University of Newcastle.
Jeff Ratcliffe, CPA,
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Ratcliffe, CPA, is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Pana Copper Project, where he provides strategic leadership and financial oversight for the advancement of a copper and gold exploration portfolio. With more than 14 years of experience working with both private and public companies, Ratcliffe brings a strong foundation in financial governance, capital markets, and operational management across resource-based industries.
Prior to joining the Pana Copper Project, Ratcliffe served as Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian energy company with operations in the United States, where he was responsible for financial strategy, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and cross-border operations. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Controller for an Africa-based energy producer, gaining valuable experience in international operations, project accounting, and financial controls within emerging markets.
Ratcliffe’s background spans corporate finance, audit, compliance, and executive leadership, with a proven ability to support companies through periods of growth, restructuring, and capital formation. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), he is recognized for his disciplined approach to financial stewardship, risk management, and transparent reporting.
In his role at the Pana Copper Project, Ratcliffe is focused on building a strong corporate foundation to support exploration and potential development activities, while maintaining high standards of governance and accountability. His experience across multiple jurisdictions and industries positions him to guide the company as it advances its copper and gold assets in alignment with technical, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
Dr. Abdul Razique, PhD, P.Geo
Technical Consultant
Dr. Abdul Razique, PhD, P.Geo is a Technical Consultant to Pana Copper and a highly respected Professional Geoscientist with more than 25 years of international experience in mineral exploration and mining. His career spans large-scale copper and gold systems, with deep expertise in porphyry deposits and frontier exploration environments.
Dr. Razique was a key member of BHP Minerals and played an instrumental role in the discovery and early geological understanding of the Reko Diq copper-gold deposit in western Pakistan. His contributions have been foundational to advancing knowledge of porphyry systems in the Chagai Belt.
He earned his PhD from the University of British Columbia (Canada) in 2013, where his doctoral research focused on the Reko Diq porphyry complex in the Chagai Belt, Balochistan, Pakistan. Dr. Razique is a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo).
Simon Akit, P.Eng., MBA
Director
Simon Akit, P.Eng., MBA brings over 30 years of experience spanning resource company operations, financial services, and corporate governance across global markets.
Throughout his capital markets career, Simon has originated and placed more than $5 billion through IPOs and secondary offerings for global mining companies across the full commodity spectrum, including copper, nickel, gold, silver, and uranium. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales and Trading at Ventum Capital Markets, and as Global Head of Energy Sales at Canaccord Genuity. He was also a Director with the BMO Capital Markets Mining Team based in New York City.
Earlier in his career, Simon worked as a Drilling, Completions, and Production Engineer at Encana Corp., leading field operations across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland.
Simon currently serves as a Director of Tytan African Resources (Chad) and Stamper Oil & Gas (Namibia), and has previously held board positions with multiple Canadian public and private resource companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. Simon is a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta (APEGA).

Rodney Stevens, CFA
Director
Rodney Stevens, CFA is a Director with extensive experience in capital markets, investment analysis, and mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on the metals and mining sector. He brings deep expertise in resource valuation, corporate finance, and transaction execution.
Rodney began his career in the securities industry as an Investment Analyst with Salman Partners Inc., where he earned recognition as a top-rated analyst covering the metals and mining industry. He subsequently worked as a merchant banker with Peninsula Merchant Syndications Corp. and as a Portfolio Manager at Wolverton Securities Ltd., advising institutional and high-net-worth clients.
He is currently a mergers and acquisitions specialist at RCI Capital Corp., where he advises on strategic transactions, capital structuring, and growth initiatives. Rodney holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Naeem Tyab, Business Development
Naeem Tyab serves as Business Development Manager for Pana Copper and brings significant capital markets and resource-sector transaction experience across emerging and frontier jurisdictions.
At Pana Copper, Naeem supports corporate development strategy, partnership initiatives, and capital markets positioning, leveraging deep regional knowledge and international resource finance experience to strengthen the Company’s growth trajectory.
